Lendlease Site Visit

On the 12th July our year 12 students went on a visit to a Lendlease site in East Croydon .
Project Manager Guy and Bradley form Ruddy Carpentry gave the students on induction and showed them a timeline of the construction process so far .
They then took the students on a tour of the site and showed them each of the construction processes and spoke to various trades on the way round.
Back in the office , they answered questions, explained their career paths and what employers are looking for in an interview.
All the students found this very interesting. Below are some comments for the students after the tour.
